Jennifer is a transactional real estate attorney specializing in the representation of local, regional, and national clients in complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of property. Jennifer has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating various types of real estate contracts, assisting in the land development and permitting process, drafting and establishing residential homeowner's associations and condominiums as well as commercial property owners' associations and condominiums, engaging in complex title and survey review and resolutions, and closings. Prior to founding Lawton Whiteman Lutz, Jennifer served as Regional Transactional Counsel for the second largest homebuilder in the nation where she handled land acquisitions for multiple divisions on the East Coast. Prior to her in-house position, Jennifer was a Real Estate Partner at a national law firm.
Jennifer, her husband, Diego, and their children Marco, Mila, and Maddox enjoy working with various local, grass roots charity organizations that support foster families and aged youth in our community and feed those in need. They also love tennis and pickleball and spend most weekends on the courts.

An experienced real estate attorney, Jason routinely works with national, regional, and local homebuilders, land developers, institutional and non-institutional investors, landlords, and tenants on complex real estate and real estate related transactions, including acquisitions, sales, residential homebuilding, commercial development, property management, short-term and long-term single family rental communities, joint ventures, and leasing. Jason is a pragmatic attorney, understanding of business demands, and is focused on finding solutions and completing transactions for his clients.
Prior to founding Lawton Whiteman Lutz, Jason spent eight years as lead in-house real estate counsel for the second largest publicly traded homebuilder in the nation where he oversaw outside counsel and led a team of in-house attorneys and paralegals. Prior to his in-house position Jason practiced law in Florida and in Pennsylvania with national law firms.
Jason is married to his beautiful wife, Cathy, and is the proud parent of Jack, Anna, Kate, and Conor. On weekends Jason enjoys boating, fishing, his children’s athletic events, and all things relating to the University of Florida, especially Gator football.

Amber's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions. She represents and counsels clients in a wide array of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, and disposition of all types of real property and the negotiation of commercial, office, and retail leases. Amber has substantial experience representing homebuilders and developers in land acquisitions and project development, and previously served as Regional Counsel to a publicly traded national homebuilder.

Ellen is a Florida Registered Paralegal with more than 35 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Lawton Whiteman Lutz, Ellen worked for one of the nation's largest homebuilders as part of the in-house real estate transaction team. Prior to that in-house experience, Ellen worked for one of the nation's largest law firms coordinating closings from the point of contract to the closing table.
